The first step on my journey was learning to meditate. Within two weeks it took my days from feeling like a 2/10 to an 8/10. Everything that I now offer is designed specifically for You - to help get you past that place or simply to help open your world and your heart to being more present and finding more joy. Meditation, Mindfulness & Qigong
"I can't meditate." I bet you can! There are a multitude of benefits that happen when you meditate. When you can feel more present and mindful as you go about your day, you feel more calm, less reactive, less stressed. Wouldn't that be nice?
Retreats & Workshops
Workshops provide an opportunity to learn and dig deeper into specific topics or themes. In partnership with my fellow teacher Sarah, we offer wonderfully transformational retreats in an intimate supportive environment. If you are looking for an experience that will 'fill you up' - you've just found it!
Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation. It assists health and healing by balancing our energy and releasing stress and tension. Treatments are individual. private, and very good at helping provide a sense of peace and overall well-being.
