Every day we make choices in our life. Some are easy and some are not.
When I was at the beginning of my healing journey - although I didn’t know that was what it was at the time - I took a wonderful two-day workshop with a gentleman named Keith Kochner. He referred to the choices we make as The Exchange. If there is something you want in your business, work, or personal life - you have to decide what you’re willing to “exchange” to have it.
For example - when you’re going to a job, you’re exchanging time for money. If you’re studying you’re exchanging time for knowledge or a certificate or a degree. When you’re reading to a child, you’re exchanging time for yourself for time with the child. These are all easy examples, but only we - individually - can determine what is worth the exchange. And……what may be worth it for one person may not be worth it for another. That doesn’t make the choice right or wrong - it’s simply being made from a different perspective.
At the end of my week in Costa Rica I reflected in the video below on the outcome of a decision I made when I registered for the Qigong retreat. What do you think? Would you have made the same choice? Only you can decide if it would be right for you!
I’ll see you on the path. Namaste, Glenda
