QIGONG HAS COME TO BOBCAYGEON!
In this workshop we’re going to start at the beginning. You’ll learn enough to be able to jump right in to our 6 week session beginning November 5 & 9, attend those sessions on a drop-in basis or practice on your own at home.
WHY LEARN QIGONG?
1 - You can be proactive about your health, taking what you learn each week and practicing in the comfort of your own home. 2 - Qigong is good for you both physically and mentally, working different areas of the body and helping to relieve stress and the emotional overloads of every day life. 3 - You don't need to carve a lot of time out of your day to create a daily practice - 15 minutes will do it. 4 - Anyone can do it - you don't need to have athletic ability, special clothes or equipment. 5 - You are doing something that is excellent for balancing your mind, body and spirit - and It feels really good when you do it!
Date: Sunday, October 20, 10am - 1:30pm Workshop Fee: $60. A light snack will be included . Location: The Zen Den, 49 King St. E., Bobcaygeon.
