QIGONG HAS COME TO BOBCAYGEON!
In this workshop we’re going to start at the beginning. You’ll learn enough to be able to jump right in to our next weekly session beginning in May, attend those sessions on a drop-in basis or practice on your own at home.
WHY LEARN QIGONG?
1 - You can be proactive about your health, taking what you learn each week and practicing in the comfort of your own home. 2 - Qigong is good for you both physically and mentally, working different areas of the body and helping to relieve stress and the emotional overloads of every day life. 3 - You don't need to carve a lot of time out of your day to create a daily practice - 15 minutes will do it. 4 - Anyone can do it - you don't need to have athletic ability, special clothes or equipment. 5 - You are doing something that is excellent for balancing your mind, body and spirit - and It feels really good when you do it!
Date: April 27 - 9:30am - 1:00pm. Workshop Fee: $60. A light snack will be included . Location: The workshop will be held in the beautiful community room at the new Zen Den location at 49 King St. E. in Bobcaygeon. (the old school house beside the LCBO)
